SHIPPING OPTIONS: We use location shipping options whichever available. Other advanced options can be discussed at additional charges (if applicable) to the buyer.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME & DISPATCH: The product/service will be either delivered immediately on payment receipt or dispatched the next day of the purchase from the buyer. The dispatch time solely depends on the product availability which will be well informed in advance if there is a possibility of a delay.
DELIVERY ADDRESS & CONTACT: Please mention the correct delivery / shipping address with city PIN code and correct contact/Email address while placing the order as this cannot be modified. The buyer is solely responsible in case of any loss due to wrong shipping address.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER: Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation Email with dispatch details through respective shipping services (whichever applies). You may be able to track your package direct on carrier’s website.
PRODUCT RETURN & REPLACE POLICY: The product which is in new condition will be acceptable for a return or a replacement. This is solely on the product unconditional application or usability. This is should be intimated within 10 days of the product receipt. The products should be returned in it’s original working condition regardless of any damages.
REFUND if any will be only provided after the product receipt in good condition and after proper inspection.
